Under this policy, you may return to Eazy Treatment, within the applicable return policy period, items that you bought directly from Eazy Treatment for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and applicable restocking amount. Here are the further details-
Time period for return of orders
Medication Orders
We at Eazy Treatment have a product specific return policy. The return window is between 0 and 7 days following the delivery date. You may find details about the return policy on the product page. Before placing an order, please review the return policy.
Healthcare Products
All healthcare items have a particular return and replacement policy. The replacement/return windows range from 0 to 10 days from the date of shipping.
The data related to the return policy might be found on the product page. We request you to review the return policy before ordering any item from this website.
Which items are not eligible for returns?
According to the conditions provided by each seller on the Platform, the following circumstances will prevent the health products from being returned:
- If the product has been opened, partially disfigured, or used. The user must check the package carefully at the moment of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent.
- If the ordering item has been tampered with;
- If there has been tampering with the product’s packing, box, or package seal. It is stressed that the user should not accept the order if the package looks to have been tampered with, and the user is highly encouraged to carefully inspect the package while accepting products from the user’s delivery agent.
- If it is already written on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable.
- Any freebies/accessories with the health items are not available or missing.
- If the product doesn’t include a UPC number/serial number/barcode affixed, it was not available at the moment of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent.
- Any defect or damage that is not covered under the warranty of the manufacturer.
- The item is missing its original packaging, attachments, or freebies.
- If it has been misused and is damaged.
Additional Note-
Products with a “Non-Returnable” label on the health product detail page or those whose return window has passed are not returnable.
When our partner licensed retail pharmacy confirms the returned item or items, Eazy Treatment will not permit a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” items to you if such an item is in fact returned with another returnable item.
How to Return the Item?
You may raise a return request under the time period mentioned above by following these easy steps on the Platform-
- Go to My Orders.
- Choose the respective order and press “RETURN.”
- You need to check to see if the products that you require to return are returnable and have an active return window.
- Choose the product you want to return, along with the quantity and reason for return.
You must ensure that the return package is prepared in its original packing, complete with all labels. Additionally, you are asked to have a copy of the seller’s invoice or bill on hand for confirmation.
Refund Policy
When can I expect the amount to be refunded at Eazy Treatment?
Please note that the refund price mentioned at the time of return on the website is an estimate and will be completed after the process of verification.
Once the product is accurately verified by the seller or pick up is completed, a refund of the maximum amount paid for the health items returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.
Only after the vendor has successfully verified the merchandise will a refund be started. Please be aware that the process of verification could take:
- For Local Cities- 2 days (48 hours) from the time of pick up from your location.
- For Other Cities- 8 to 10 business days from the date of pick up from your location.
Note- You are aware that we have the right to reimburse any refunds that we have processed due to fraudulent acts, such as returning incorrect items or products in incorrect quantities.
